Amazing lunch spot!! Have eaten their Italian sandwich a few times and it is exceptional! Today I switched it up and got the Mushroom Bahn Mi with pickled jalapeños and WOW. A really special flavor combo. The tart & subtle heat of the jalapeños with the earthiness of the mushrooms! On incredible high quality bread!!! So so good Plus the service has always been lovely. Highly recommend!

This place is so good if you want to try different things! I got the beet Reuben and it was phenomenal! And my boyfriend got the pork belly bahn mi and that was just the same ! I recommend if you are in the area

The banh mi was top tier for a good price. The pork was perfect. Also the bread wasn’t too crusty which can be important if you value the roof of your mouth.

I live and work in Montpelier and get lunch here once a week as a treat. The food is fantastic and the gelato is sublime. Not a lot of tables there, so ideal for take out. Perfect if you want to have lunch on the statehouse lawn in summer!

We stopped in for sandwiches before heading up to Do Good Fest, and it was really hard to choose- everything on the menu sounded *really* good. We ended up with a banh mi (the one bite I managed to snag before my partner devoured it was terrific) and a reuben that was perfectly grilled and beautifully proportioned. We also grabbed a turkey bacon sandwich to go, which held up shockingly well in the 85+ degree heat for a few hours before we ate it on the National Life lawn. The cherry chutney is an inspired choice. We finished with some gelato: the pistachio was among the best either of us has ever had. There were also some other really interesting flavors I wouldn't hesitate to recommend: yuzu and blood orange, both of which were delicate and citrusy in the best way, and cherry blossom, very floral but not perfumey. Super cool atmosphere with pea shoots and mint growing in the front windows (kinda wish I'd brought scissors) and I’m especially curious to try the mushroom banh mi next time we’re in Montpelier.

Food and gelato are phenomenal at Enna. Variety and value. The vegetable curry, turkey bacon sandwich, Italian, Rueben… Everything is thoughtfully executed to perfection. Good staff and hardworking owner.
